I. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

II. Returns for Heavy Furniture (Important) Because our 3-in-1 sofas and sets are heavy-duty items, the following conditions apply:

  • Original Packaging: Returns MUST be shipped back in the original boxes. We recommend keeping your packaging until you are 100% satisfied with the product.

  • Non-Quality Returns: If a return is requested for reasons other than a manufacturing defect (e.g., "changed mind" or "style preference"), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at support@grandcovehome.com. We will prioritize sending replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost to you.

III. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
