I. Care & Maintenance

All-Weather Rattan: Our high-density PE rattan is UV-resistant and waterproof. For routine cleaning, simply wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid using high-pressure washers, which can damage the weave.

6-Inch Cushions: Our high-performance fabrics are treated to resist stains and fading. We recommend flipping cushions periodically to maintain their shape. During extreme weather or long periods of non-use, store cushions in a dry, shaded area.

3-in-1 Mechanism: The swivel, gliding, and reclining components are pre-lubricated. To maintain a silent, smooth operation, keep the base clear of sand and debris.
II. Our Warranty Commitment Grandcove stands behind the quality of every piece we ship. We provide a 2-Year Limited Structural Warranty from the date of purchase.
